I can't think of anything quirky for this title.

It's the last [technical] day of summer. I should be sad. But I'm not.

I don't know why, but everything just seems so much better today.

I'm home alone. [For the first time this summer.]
Jojo's friendly.
The weather's all dark and gloomy [which I love.]
The Price is Right is on. [I still don't understand how you win that spin the wheel game.]
I found like 5 different full shows of Wicked!

Maybe it's because I know much worse days are coming soon, so today just feels like the last hoo-rah. I just feel so awesome today. Don't put me in a bad mood :)

Kevin in CHINA

OK, so. I got chinese food tonight, and of course, a fortune cookie.

It was... the BEST... fortune... EVER.

It read:

"Confidence of success is almost success."

:] Just thought that was AWESOME.

And then they taught me how to say 'Kevin' in Chinese, almost.

"LEARN CHINESE - GINGER- jiang"

Thanks Reader. Singular.

Hi! Well, I just wanted to tell everyone that the first day of school is in a few days. If you remember, I said a couple months ago...

I don't know how much I will be updating the blog, but for Steve, I'll try as often as possible. Without school and all my friends, this blog will get boring, but stick with me.

And, since school is resuming soon, things will get a lot more interesting.

For one, my new blog, http://10monthsofwork.blogspot.com, is starting up. Things are a bit hectic now, but bare with us, things are starting to smooth out.

I'll hopefully have a lot more to talk about now that I'll get to see everyone again.

And thanks for sticking with me through this summer with this blog. Well, I shouldn't say that, because, I have no readers. Literally. If anyone DOES read this, it's Danielle. Everyone else? Nope. I don't really talk to Steve all that much anymore, and he was my main reader. Way to toss your audience out the window, Eric.

Hopefully things will get a lot better!

Weight - Nope. Never putting it again. My scale has been broken for a while [do NOT make a joke] so 192 may not be my correct weight. And anyways, I'm trying to spare my own embarrassment.

My Book Survery, via Hayleyghoover

1. What author do you own the most books by? John Green. I know, only 3. 2. What book do you own the most copies of? Don't really think I have mumltiple copies of things, but I made a shrine of everything related to Rent and Wicked... 3. Did it bother you that both those questions ended with prepositions? I'm used to it.
4. What fictional character are you secretly in love with? Alaska. Yea, so she died. Judge me. 5. What book have you read the most times in your life (excluding picture books read to children; i.e., Goodnight Moon does not count)? Probably Percy Jackson and the Olympians. 6. What was your favorite book when you were ten years old? Percy Jackson and the Olympians.
7. What is the worst book you've read in the past year? Can't really decide, I try to stay away from those types of books. Because 'worst books' is a new genre... 8. What is the best book you've read in the past year? Paper Towns =D
9. If you could force everyone you tagged to read one book, what would it be? The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. 10. What book would you most like to see made into a movie? The Hunger Games. 11. What book would you least like to see made into a movie? ...Twilight. 12. Describe your weirdest dream involving a writer, book, or literary character. I dreamt I was part of that contest in The Hunger Games and I made out with the main character...

15. What is the most obscure Shakespeare play you've seen? Never seen any. 16. Do you prefer the French or the Russians? FRENCH.
17. Roth or Updike? Neither 18. David Sedaris or Dave Eggers? N/A 19. Shakespeare, Milton, or Chaucer? Shakespeare 20. Austen or Eliot? Neither. Sorry. 21. What is the biggest or most embarrassing gap in your reading? ... Can't answer that :/ 22. What is your favorite novel? Paper Towns, followed up by Anthony Rapp's memoir. 23. Play? Does Wicked count? 24. Poem? Not a fan of poems.

By the way, it goes from present to past.

I hate past-me.

Have you ever read something you wrote so long ago, and realize how obnoxious you were? Well, I just did. I posted this on VMKmagic one or two years ago. Just read it.

So my mom was opening up a bank account for my sister, so she looked in my account, and saw i had $75.26!!! SHE GAVE IT ALL TO ME!!!! Finally i have money, so im spending it ALL today on Amazon. WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

Ok, my critiques:
1. How many times can I say 'so'?
2. I used way too many exclamation points.
3. It's sort of funny that I would react the same way now if that were to happen [excitedness, amazon] except I would greatly reduce the spam levels and keep it at a soft shout.

Ok, shall we read another?

Percy Jackson and the Olympians

Anyone read that series? Its about a kid who learns that he is a demigod and goes on quests with his other demigod friends. Anyone read that series?

Does anyone notice my levels of redundancy?

Have you heard of Kathy Griffin?

Have ya? Have ya???? Kathy Griffin

she is the funniest person in the
World

i have a HUGE...
HUGE celebrity crush on her <3

I won't even explain that one. That was exactly how I wrote it. Color and everything.

Finally, some Incentive. Not dieing of a Heart Attack just isn't enough.

I just went to Barnes and Nobles. And I spent 20 dollars on books about cats. Totally worth it.

Anyways, I've made a big deal about how I REALLY want The Beatles: Rock Band. And my mom's made a big deal about me losing some weight. So we came up with a compromise.

If I lose 20 pounds, she'll buy me Rock Band, or 150 dollars worth of stuff from Amazon.
Needless to say, I agreed. So encourage me some, help me some, postitive enforcement some.
But please, don't be rude or sarcastic. It won't help.
