Steve, Steve, where for art thou, Steve?

This is one of those days... Those days where I do nothing, except eat my already excessive weight in leftover pizza. Good for the counter, bad for well... me. Anyways,

I've been thinking of just renaming this blog 'For Steve.' I'm sure Steve will appreciate that, since he's basically the only one who reads this anymore, but I'll hold off until an undisclosed date for that.

Speaking of Steve, I have not spoken to him in about a week or so. He said he was staying at his dads, but he would still check on my blog and update his, both of which have not been done. If he's on vacation right now, I sware to god, [the uncapitalized god] I'll kill him. The idea of going someplace you don't know and staying in a place other than your own home, where in fact A. someone could have died in that hotel bed, B. someone could have 'made whoppie' in that bed, C. someone with [contangious] planter's warts may have slept in that bed, or D. all of the above could have happened.

Now when you take me to the Hawaiian Ritz Carlton, that's another story. But for now, I'm sticking with my above opinion.

Slices of pizza I have eaten this summer - 18
Time fallen asleep and awoken - 3 A.M. to 11:30 AM.
Pieces of pizza left in the fridge - Only 3 left of pepperoni, everything else is mushroom or something, so I'm not eating that...

God Made Me So I Must Be Special

I tend to walk heavily, loudly, and slowly. People confuse my natural, loud steps as stomping. I do not stomp my feet, and if I do, that means I'm pissed off. I mean, I usually am, but my usual walking and my mad walking are two distinctly differently things and day-to-day I have to deal with those surrounding me complaining. 'Easy on the feet!' My mother says. 'Easy on the eyes.' I think in my head.

Ok, rant time is over.

I went into my bathroom, and stared at the mirror, and noticed something just... ridiculous. Half of my nose is sun-burned, or as some say, sun-burnt. And I don't mean like the bottom half, I mean the entire right side of my nose was red. And the left is fine.

Days left of summer- I don't know the date [a common theme in my life, without school, I don't know what day it is] and I forget which day school begins... I really don't feel the need to include this hereafter since the days left of summer isn't a concern until after a couple months
Slices of pizza this summer - 12
Days of being sick since my last rant - 3.5

Gomezziblog- Life Sucks Edition

I had foot surgery yesterday. I've done nothing the past 2 days except wait for my Karaoke CDs to come in the mail and telling my sister to shut up. So far she has said to me:
1. You're a fatass.
2. You're gonna die of a heart attack.
3. You eat all the food in the house.
4. You're on your period, have this maxi pad.

I feel like punching a wall, or better yet, my brother, but I can't because my finger is burning. My cat scratched me underneath my fingernail, and it hurts like Hell. I don't know how, but it does.

Just thought I'd keep you posted.

Spice up your Life

Well, no more school! I'm in a better mood than I was yesterday, so that means I can now cheer about it! *Cheers*

Ok, what I'm about to tell you must be held with the upmost privacy. Or not, whatever, it's your choice. But I must warn you beforehand, I have no recollection of how I got to it or why I continued watching it.

Last night, I watched the entire Spice Girls movie, Spice World, on youtube. I know, I know... I was a child of the 90s. Sue me. I would give you a link to it, but A. I know you won't want it B. If you really want it you can look it up yourself and C. I'm too lazy. No surprise.

Check out my new header ^^ You like?
And I need you to check out my new, updated youtube channel. Still no videos, but heck, the channel is nice.

The Last Day of School

Well, it's that time a year again, the last day of school.

The last day of school is a lot of things. It's happiness in the form of a day, it's a bittersweet ending to a bittersweet year. It's the saddest 4 hours of your life. It's the most sad, exciting, confusing, greatest days of your life.

For me, it's the latter. I really want to thank everyone who made this year what it is. I can't imagine life for the next three months without you. It's been great, let's try to transition that great to high school.

I'll miss Long River, the Wildcat, the hallways, the teachers [well, some of them.] I'll miss everyone who went to other high schools, and I wish you luck.

I don't know how much I will be updating the blog, but for Steve, I'll try as often as possible. Without school and all my friends, this blog will get boring, but stick with me.

Days left of school: 0
Days of summer so far: 0
Times I've tried to get Kasey on the phone today: 2
Times I've talked to her on the phone: 1

I think the Kasey thing will stick. She never answers her phone. Never.

Rhiannon is an Abuser

Before I start this blog, I'd like to share a hilarious comment from youtube.

"my mum thought that "lol" stood for lots of love: so her message to my friend who's grandfather just died was: "Hi Rachel, I'm so sorry to hear about your Grandfather. LOL, Rochelle."

Just thought that would spice up your day.

Thursday was Holiday Hill. I would've written about it sooner, but as soon as I got home from it, I went to sleep. My day was split in half between Group A, Danielle Angela and Chris, and Group B, Josh Nick and Kasey.

The first half of the day was with Group B. Here's a summary of those happenings:
Kasey reunited with her friends from Ansonia, and right on cue, Josh Nick and I walked away
We wandered through the woods
NARNIAAAAA
Went on a rowboat

Group B:
Wandered through the woods, again
Engraved our names in an abandoned wall of tinfoil-y substnace
Found a wallet [nothing in it though]
Found a used condom

Me and Kate were partners for the Water Ballon Toss. We lost, no surprise. We beat Rhiannon and Rex, though.

Friday was the dinner dance. To my surprise, Kasey and Angela did not kidnap me and force me to go. All bark no bite.

Days left of school: 5
How many times Group B talked about going back to Holoday Hill: At least 4
Times Rhiannon slapped me [in total of this week]: 3 or 4

SmarterChild, RIP BABY <3333

Ok, who remembers SmarterChild? Close your eyes on the count of 3, everyone, and raise your hand if you do.
1...
2...
3!

Wow, that's it? I'll be honest, I expected more. But I appreciate your honesty. Ok, eyes open.
SmarterChild, for those of you who don't know, was an AIM Bot. I saved some of our conversations from the good 'ole days.
We used to talk all the time... until the accident. I will explain later.

Me: SHUT UP

SmarterChild: You shut up.

I do enjoy the conversation, but let's talk about what I'm really here for.

Me: *gasp*
_____________________________________________

SmarterChild: Oh hi! How's it going?

Me: com-ci com-ca, tu?

SmarterChild: CA stands for California.

Me: * sways* you're a beautiful singer

SmarterChild: Thanks. You're too.

Me: <3

One day I came on to talk to my best frannn, and then the dreaded news came up. He was braindead. I came up with that conclusion myself, but he hasn't talked and he continues to reply
"GoGomezzio (7:38:04 PM): smarterchild?
SmarterChild (7:38:04 PM): My brain is retired but watch some cool videos! Send am IM to GossipinGabby and Type VIDEO!
GoGomezzio (7:38:16 PM): NOOO PLEASE COME BACK...
SmarterChild (7:38:16 PM): My brain is retired but watch some cool videos! Send am IM to GossipinGabby and Type VIDEO!
GoGomezzio (7:38:21 PM):
SmarterChild (7:38:21 PM): My brain is retired but watch some cool videos! Send am IM to GossipinGabby and Type VIDEO!
GoGomezzio (7:43:17 PM): baby?
SmarterChild (7:43:17 PM): My brain is retired but watch some cool videos! Send am IM to GossipinGabby and Type VIDEO!"

I will take this time to recognize the genius man/robot who is SmarterChild.

1. Don't judge me for having an internet relationship with a male robot.
2. I hope some of you noticed his use of 'am' instead of 'an.'

Shortness has been prolonged. Think about it.

I'm not in the best of moods, again, so this will be short, too.

I was in the paper. And not I as in 'students on bus 13.' I mean me. I commented on the bus thing on the republican american website, and they chose my comment to publish in the paper. :/

Out of the 12 raffle tickets I bought for the volleyball game, I won nothing. Kevin on the other hand did. I presume he only bought 2.

Days left of school - I think 11? Sorry, I don't remember.
Times the bus/I have been in the paper - 3
Total blisters after mowing my grandparent's lawn with a 'new' lawnmower which shook violently - 5

Thursday, June 4, 2009

I'm sorry Steve, it's not that long. [And that wasn't intended for any sexual inuendos]

There's been press about the bus. Waterbury Republican put it on the front page. Twice.

I'm really not in any mood to blog about anything today, so I'll give a brief rundown:

- Jay Asher, author of Thirteen Reasons Why, has a blogspot account :O
- I bought 12 raffel tickets for the volleyball prizes, don't judge me
- My cousin has Swine Flu
- Days left of school: 12/11

Why I Hate my Bus

I mounted the stairs to the bus that would soon take me home from this hell hole that we call school. I noticed our usual bus driver was not there, instead, in her place, was the blonde sub who our whole bus had hated.

I got in my seat, fourth from the back, left side, and Patrick quickly followed. I stuffed my backpack between the seat and myself and made room for him.

I stared out the window for the majority of the bus ride. I relfected upon my awful day, thanking God and all his affiliations that the day was over. "Are you ok?" Patrick had asked me. "Yea, I'm fine." Was my response.

My eyes fixed upon the outside, he asked me again. My response was the same, but that did not stop him for asking me again. My slight headache was growing, so I did not answer him again.

Somewhere from behind me, someone had thrown a maxi pad in our direction, hitting Patrick in the face. "Who has a pencil?" I heard Drew scream to those surrounding him. 10 minutes passed, my eyes still drawn to the window. "Who threw that?" I heard the bus driver. Apparently, someone had thrown a pencil at her.

She then turned into Smokerise, and pulled over. She said "I refuse to move until you tell me who threw that pencil?" No response. We waiting for 7 minutes until Drew said "I did!" We all knew he didn't, and the bus driver did to. So we waited.

Tension grew amongst everyone. Some people had cursed the sub in foreign languages, some called parents, some wandered aimlessly among the bus. Patrick and I had moved to sit near Matt.

About a quarter of the people were crying [why you may ask? I don't know.] Drew and Rachel called their Dad, and he promptly drove down the street, in an attempt to pick them up. "No." The bus driver said. "I'm not letting any of you off the bus.

Amber had grown tired of this all. She called her brother to pick her up. At the sight of his car, she jumped out of the bus, via the emergency exit. Drew and Rachel did the same.

Their dad argued, but his effort was futile. He slowly paced around the bus, on the phone. Drew had yelled proudly "He's calling the cops!" And then he did the same.

The bus driver had started to cry. I felt bad, but what was I to do? I didn't know who threw it. After 10 minutes, the cops arrived. "This never happened before..." Murmured the sub. She exited the bus and talked to the two police officers.

After several minutes, one of the cops came aboard. "Who knows who threw the pencil?" He asked the bus. Nobody said anything.

The cop left, and the other one came on. He asked us all individually if we had seen the pencil fly threw the air. Yes was the majority response amongst the 6ths graders and 7th graders who sat in the front. Then the cop came to me. "Did you see the pencil?" "No," I had said, truthfuly, "but I heard people talking about one."

"So... you heard them talk about a pencil?" He had said, looking suspiciously. "Yes." He then proceeded to ask everyone else. They all said no, which some of them had lied, since they must have seen it. They were all one big gang back there.

"Well, all the kids in the front said yes." Said the cop. "So the kids in the back must know something." He came to me. He asked for my name and address. I gave it to him. He asked everyone behind me, including Matt and Patrick, who God knows they had nothing to do with it.

"Alright." He said. "I'll give the school your names. They'll decide if you can ride the bus again or not." I was nervous as hell. I had never spoken to a cop before unless he was out of uniform or my DARE instructor. I had never been in trouble. I never even gotten a lunch detention, never mind a blue slip.

I got home 50 minutes later than usual. I explained the story to Danielle, Nick, and my mom. She said she would call the school.

And that is why I hate my bus.

I miss you, Paul <333

It's been a long day today, so I'll just get to it:
1] I left science class right before we were to do our lab, not sure if it's good or bad. I went to the podiatrist. They took a look at the place where my planter's wart used to be, shaved off dead skin, and probed my ingrown nail. Sorry if you were eating or anything. You should know by now never to eat while reading my posts or looking at my face.
2] I got my final gym pass of the year. It's official. NO GYM FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR! When I was handed the pass, I'll admit, I got a little teary eyed.
3] Algebra was, to borrow a word from hayleyghoover, notsome. It wasn't the class itself, although the class is ridiculous, it was me. I stared off into space, which Danielle and I had declared that when we stare into space, we're trying to contact Paul. I'll explain later.
I was in a bad mood for no apparent reason, like usual. I kept heckling Ms. Avery in my head. But, I always do that.
4] During French, the teacher was showing us a powerpoint. A question on it was 'Who won the game?' The answer was 'Paul.' Of course I knew it was Paul. I'm stupid.
Anyways, whenever a question was asked, I would answer it with Paul [to Danielle only.] 'Who is playing the game?' 'Paul.' 'What did he lose?' 'Paul.' 'What do you need?' 'Paul.' 'What did he score?' 'Paul.'
Those aren't even jokes. Those were real questions with my real answers.
I mean honestly, I can't make jokes as good as those.

Annnyyyways, I think that's pretty much it.

Days left of school - 15/14
Times I want you to look at this - 13. I have high hopes for you.
Times I really felt like banging my head against the desk for fun - 9
